Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free shipping to the US and abroad with tracking. There are NO shipping costs!
Shipping process
We will start working on your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes after your order has been placed. You only pay for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We only ship during business days and not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
On average, we take 1-5 business days to fulfill your order, but some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items that have issues with stock item availability. Orders will be shipped once stock availability is confirmed.
For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partner locations.
Deliveries
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days depending on your country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed.
We provide the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
- United States: 6-14 days
International shipments
- Canada: 7-14 days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 days
- Australia: 5-14 days
- Europe: 7-14 days (varies greatly by importing country)

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions may cause delays that exceed our original delivery estimates.
Duties, taxes and other costs:
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs clearance fees, which are assessed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These costs are entirely borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Like a
shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import duties and return shipping costs.
