Changes in style, size and photo

Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately and there is no window to make further changes.

Address changes

If you would like to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, current shipping address, and the address you would like to change the address to. We can change the address until your order leaves our company!

Damaged/unprinted items

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and reship it free of charge. Please contact us here with a photo of your item and order number. We will reprint your article and ship it to you within seven business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Complete our contact form and attach a photo of your item explaining the problem and your order number and a member of our team will be able to assist you further.

Please return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged/unprinted items can only be replaced within 3 months of your original order date.

After this 3-month period, YourSneakerStore is not responsible for replacing damaged or incorrectly printed items.

Please note: The design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you, YourSneakerStore is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

While we make every effort to accurately photograph our products and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item before purchasing.

Lost packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we will have to wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package makes its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will contact you regularly throughout the two weeks to monitor the progress of your order and provide you with accurate updates.

Cancellations/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order as our production turnaround is 1 day. If you cancel within the specified period, you will receive your money back. Since your personalized products are unique and made especially for you, a customization fee of €9 per piece is included in your purchase. If you cancel your order more than 3 hours after purchase, we will refund the full price of your item less the €9 adjustment fee.
